Damaged or Missing Goods

Missing parts must be reported in writing to Adapt8 within 2 weeks of when the customer purchases the greenhouse. Customers, you can send that info to us at sales@littlegreenparadise.com and we will promptly get it forwarded for you. We will need to verify that you have completed the parts inventory list before attempting assembly as instructed. It is very important that you complete the inventory list upon arrival of the order, even if you do not plan on constructing the greenhouse right away. 

Parts damaged by UPS or LTL carrier must be reported to us, Little Green Paradise, within 10 days of the time the damaged packages arrive. If possible, make notes on your delivery slip. Disposition of damaged merchandise will be determined at the time the damage is presented to Adapt8

Returns:

All returns of Solexx greenhouses, panels, or other products must be shipped back to Adapt8 freight prepaid by the customer and in the original package. All returns are subject to review and approval and a 15% restocking charge. Return Goods Authorization numbers (RGA #) are required on all product returns. Prior to making any returns, please call Adapt8 at 1-877-476-5399 and get the RGA#
