Riverstone Industries Refund & Return Policy

Customer’s Responsibility:


Using the tracking number, you can determine how many boxes should be delivered. If you have not received all your boxes within 14 days of shipment, please reach out to us at sales@littlegreenparadise.com

A complete inventory of all boxes needs to be done within the first 90 days of receiving boxes. If any of the boxes are damaged in shipment, please DO NOT refuse the shipment. Be sure to take images of the damaged packages and parts. Any missing or damaged parts will be provided to within the first 90 days. Part requests can be ordered through the Riverstone Industries website:

DO NOT begin building the greenhouse until a complete inventory is done and you have all parts on hand.


Riverstone Industries will ship any missing or damaged parts to a customer within the first 3 months after order shipment date. After 3 months, the customer will be responsible to pay for parts and shipping.

The customer will be responsible for any potential freight or restocking fees.
